Rooms By Che are experienced property people, with a portfolio of single lets and shared houses of their own. Therefore, they know exactly what a Landlord needs in terms of management, service and financial consistency. Any voids are covered with a monthly guaranteed rent and there are no other charges. But most of all they can be trusted to treat your property like one of their own, while providing tenants with a high end service.

We rent properties from Landlords on a long term agreement (3-7 years) taking over the full management responsibility. We also fully refurbish and furnish the properties, where required, and pay all bills, including cleaners and gardeners. All our tenants are professional and rent on 6 month AST’s along with deposits and full references.
