While we own many of our homes, we also work very closely with Letting Agents, who let properties in Yorkshire. We rent properties from your landlord clients on a long-term basis, provide a light refurbishment if needed (provided and funded by us as part of our service), cover all household bills and guarantee rent to them every month.

The tangible benefits to the progressive letting agent are numerous:

• You will continue to get the management fee from the landlord (as if the property is currently fully managed by you).
• You will get the tenant find fee from the landlord
• You would not be required to undertake any work at all except pass the guaranteed rent to the landlord
• We would take care of the property and be responsible for rent collection from our tenants along with taking care of any maintenance and tenant issues.

In short, you just simply need to find us a suitable property with 4 or more bedrooms within our target areas and then collect your commission for the next 3-5 years with little effort on your part.
